12 Stall Barn for Lease

The stable is located on ten acres near the Keeneland Race Track. It has four paddocks, a tack room, an office, and a newly renovated 14 stall barn, including a new metal roof, siding and trims as well as 4 new doors.

Our small family oriented stable is located on 10 acres along the South Elkhorn Creek in the heart of Bluegrass Region of Kentucky.  We have been boarding horses at our scenic stable since 1991.   Boarders enjoy looking at the South Elkhorn Creek which marks the western boundary of our property. Pastures are mowed and maintained regularly.
